Camp Gan Israel – Plano

Located in the heart of Plano, Texas, our camp is known for its warm environment, innovative programming, and unforgettable summer experiences.

Camp Gan Israel is more than a break from the school year. It is a summer filled with fun, friendship, growth, and Jewish pride — creating memories that last well beyond the final day of camp. Every child is welcomed, valued, and celebrated.

Our program blends exciting activities, meaningful Jewish experiences, and a caring camp culture. From hands-on projects and sports to special events and trips, each day is thoughtfully planned to ensure campers feel engaged, supported, and excited to come back tomorrow. Jewish pride is woven naturally into camp life through songs, stories, Shabbat celebrations, and creative activities — always in a joyful and relaxed atmosphere.

Campers should bring a lunch (if not enrolled in hot lunch), a water bottle, and an extra snack. Please also send bathing suits, towel, sunscreen and any change of cloths on swim days.
