Additional Child: 5% discount for each additional child of the same family. This discount cannot be combined with the early bird discount.
Cancellation Policy: Before June 1st, 100% refund. After June 1, 30% refund. (There is no refund of daily absences)
Late Registration and Adding Weeks: After camp begins on June 28, campers may add weeks, transfer weeks or register only in the sole discretion of the camp administration. A request to add-on or transfer week(s) or register must be received no later than the Thursday prior to the affected week. If you register after this time, your child may not be able to begin camp immediately.
Financial Assistance: Please fill in the entire form, and notify us on the registration form if you want our Scholarship Committee Chair to contact you to discuss financial aid. You do not need to send in a registration fee until your scholarship has been approved. All requests must be received by Monday, June 1.
Registration: To register, a $150 deposit must accompany each registration (includes processing fee of $45 and the remaining $105 which will be applied towards your camp tuition.) Balance is due Tuesday, June 1.
Camp has limited enrollment and fills quickly. Please register early!
Fees include all trips and one CGI tee shirt per camper.
